These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the at999 platform. By registering an account or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms in full.

These Terms & Conditions ("T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and at999 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing the platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager, you agree unconditionally to all terms set out below. 1. Eligibility

Use of the at999 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. Registering an account constitutes your representation that you meet all criteria listed below.

  2. 2You must be a natural person and must not register as or on behalf of a corporate entity, trust, or other non-individual legal structure.
  3. 3You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which accessing or using online gambling services is prohibited under applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to verify your own legal position before registering.
  4. 4at999 employees, contractors, agents, and their immediate family members are not eligible to hold player accounts or participate in any promotional offer.

2. Account Registration and Verification

Each player is permitted to hold one account only. The following rules apply to account creation and ongoing KYC (Know Your Customer) verification at at999.

  1. 1You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact mobile number. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure.
  2. 2at999 operates a strict one-account policy. If a player is found to have opened more than one account — whether under the same name, the same mobile number, the same device, or the same IP address — all accounts will be suspended and any balances or pending withdrawals may be forfeited.
  3. 3at999 may at any time request identity verification documents, including a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued proof of identity and age. Withdrawal requests may be held pending satisfactory KYC completion. Players who fail or refuse to complete KYC may have their accounts restricted.
  4. 4You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. at999 will not be liable for any unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to safeguard your username and password. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact support immediately.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

at999 processes all player funds in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms apply to all deposit and withdrawal activity on the platform.

  1. 1Deposits must be made from a payment account (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or card) that is registered in your own name. at999 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account will be reversed and the depositing account may be suspended.
  2. 2Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and may vary depending on the payment method selected. These limits are displayed within the cashier section of your account dashboard and are subject to change without prior notice.
  3. 3Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of applicable KYC checks. at999 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within the same business day for most BDT mobile wallet methods. Processing times for card withdrawals may be longer. at999 does not guarantee any specific processing time and accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment providers.
  4. 4at999 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal if there is reasonable cause to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these T&C. Funds associated with fraudulent activity may be withheld pending investigation and, if fraud is confirmed, will be forfeited.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

at999 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any specific terms published alongside the individual offer.

  1. 1All bonuses are subject to a rollover (wagering requirement) before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable rollover multiplier is stated in the terms of each individual promotion. Unless otherwise stated, standard rollover requirements apply to the combined total of the deposit and bonus amount.
  2. 2at999 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Any wagering already completed under a promotion that is subsequently modified will be assessed under the terms in force at the time that wagering was placed.
  3. 3Bonus abuse — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using matched betting strategies to guarantee profit from a bonus, or colluding with other players — will result in the cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of associated winnings, and permanent account closure.
  4. 4Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are subject to the terms of that promotion, including any applicable maximum winnings cap. Winnings from free spins that exceed the stated cap will be removed from the account balance.

5. Responsible Gaming and Prohibited Conduct

at999 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and maintaining the integrity of its platform. The following conduct rules apply to all registered players. Violations may result in suspension or permanent closure of the account.

  1. 1Players must not use any software, bot, algorithm, or automated system designed to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software vulnerabilities, or gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players. This includes the use of VPNs for the purpose of circumventing geographic restrictions.

The platform must not be used by individuals who are under the legal gambling age in their jurisdiction, or by individuals who have self-excluded from gambling. 6. Intellectual Property

All content on the at999 platform — including but not limited to text, images, graphics, software, game interfaces, logos, trademarks, and the overall look and feel of the website — is the exclusive property of at999 or its licensed content providers. No part of the platform may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, transmitted, republished, or displayed in any form without the prior written consent of at999.

Game software and related intellectual property rights are owned by the respective game providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and Ezugi) and are used by at999 under licence. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, at999 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of — or inability to use — the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, service interruptions, or errors in game software. at999 makes no warranty that the platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults at all times.

In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or software fault that results in an incorrect game outcome or an erroneous credit to a player's account, at999 reserves the right to void the relevant game round and reverse any winnings credited as a result of the error. Decisions made by at999 in relation to any disputed game outcome are final.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

at999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the circumstances described below.

  1. 1at999 may suspend or close an account if it has reasonable grounds to believe the account has been used in breach of these T&C, including but not limited to identity fraud, bonus abuse, multi-accounting, or money laundering. Where suspension follows a breach investigation, any balance held in the account may be withheld pending the outcome of that investigation.
  2. 2A player may close their own account voluntarily at any time by contacting at999 support. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure (net of any outstanding rollover obligations) will be processed for withdrawal to the player's registered payment account, subject to KYC requirements.
  3. 3Where an account is closed by at999 due to a confirmed breach of these T&C, any bonus funds, promotional credits, and winnings derived from the use of bonus funds shall be forfeited in their entirety. Real-money deposits that are not implicated in the breach may be returned at at999's sole discretion following the conclusion of any applicable investigation.

9. Amendments to These Terms

at999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, at999 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to active players via the platform interface or by email to the registered contact address. The updated T&C will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the platform following publication of any update constitutes your binding acceptance of the amended terms.

If any provision of these T&C is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the T&C, which shall continue in full force and effect. The failure of at999 to enforce any provision of these T&C shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or of any other provision.
